Refund policy

Please note: Our return and exchange policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

Customised pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.

Eligibility

— Items purchased from the Sale section are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

— Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.

— Products must be returned in their original packaging.

Quality Check

All returned items undergo a quality inspection. If the returned product does not meet our return conditions, the request will be declined and the item will be shipped back at the customer’s expense.

Refunds & Exchanges

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Approved exchanges will be processed within 3 business days, with delivery typically completed within 3–5 business days.

Return Address

Any returned item that does not meet the conditions outlined above will not be accepted and will be returned at the customer’s expense. In such cases, no refund or exchange will be processed.
