Refund policy

NOTE: OUR RETURN POLICY LASTS ONLY 14 DAYS. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS/EXCHANGES AFTER 14 DAYS OF DELIVERY.

CUSTOM ORDERS ARE NOT VALID FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE.

1. ITEMS BOUGHT FROM THE SALE SECTION ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS/EXCHANGE/REFUNDS.

2. Items must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.

3. Items must be in original packaging (All returned items will be examined by quality control). Failing to meet the quality, we will not accept a return/exchange and the item will be shipped back at the customer’s expense.

Approved Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exchange will be done within 3 business days.

Exchanged products will be delivered within 3-5 business days.

4. The original invoice with the return/exchange form filled out is required to be shipped back with the item.
