All orders are processed and dispatched within 10–15 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high order volume, dispatch timelines may be slightly extended. In such cases, we will notify you via email.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping details entered at checkout are accurate. If an incorrect address has been provided, please contact us immediately. While we will do our best to assist, address changes may not be possible once processing begins.

Undeliverable Orders

Orders returned due to incomplete or incorrect shipping information may be subject to additional shipping or handling charges before re-dispatch.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered by the courier, Atal The Label cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend contacting the courier service or your local authorities for assistance.

Returns

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
